For over twenty years, I have been working in the technical production field in the performing arts, gaining experience as the Technical Director for the Sibiu European Capital of Culture 2007 program and as the Technical Production Manager for events such as the Sibiu International Theatre Festival, ArtMania Festival, New Media – Electric Castle, Summer Well Festival, and more.
I founded the Mozaic Jazz Festival, and since 2021, I hold a Ph.D. in Theatre and Performing Arts from Lucian Blaga University in Sibiu, with a thesis titled “Technical Production Management in the Performing Arts.”
